Loss and Gain go hand in hand.

Losing someone dear to me (again) has taught me one or two things, here's a few I want to remember:

1. Some people stray and that's okay. The important ones stay.

2. Make the real most of seeing people, especially the ones you love and give them a hug once in a while.

Hello again!

Very different post today.

I saw something very important today and on the slim chance someone that needs to will see this, i’m going to post it. I feel this will help with suicidal thoughts a little more.

‘’The fact you are seeking help and reading up on suicide, doesn’t mean you necessarily want it. It may just mean you don’t want to live how you are now’’
Things can be so terribly difficult but everything is pretty changeable. I’m in a pretty dark pit at the moment but it’s slowly getting better. (not day by day but maybe month by month) 
Try focus on a person, be it your mum, dad, brother, sister, best friend etc. someone you know you must live for. I imagine what it would be like to lose someone I love and I couldn’t bare to put anyone though loss.
