1. Some people stray and that's okay. The important ones stay.

2. Make the real most of seeing people, especially the ones you love and give them a hug once in a while.

This very simple recipe will help you to create a lovely cheese sauce. I use this sauce over pasta!

For 1 portion of pasta sauce:

1 and a half cups of milk
2 tbl spoons of gluten free flour
6-10 2cm by 2cm blocks of cheese

Pour the milk into a pan and turn on the heat, as the milk warms add the flour and hand whisk until everything is mixed through. Before it gets too hot add some of the cheese. Wait for that to melt then add the rest, mix well and enjoy your creamy cheese sauce!Anonymoushttp://www.blogger.com/profile/08495682343446329100noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4187463215635237726.post-75215174257116741082015-02-08T13:57:00.001-08:002015-02-08T13:57:27.384-08:00Roasted Chicken and Vegetables

Roasted Chicken and Vegetables

For this meal you will need:
Chicken pieces (breast, theighs, whatever you prefer)
Vegetables
Oil

Cut up the veg you're using (I used carrots, leek and peppers) and put those into a dish, pour oil over and add salt and pepper.
Remove any extra fat and cover the chicken in oil then rub salt into it. Put the chicken into the dish and roast on 190℃ (fan oven) for 45 minutes (or at least until the chicken is cooked all the way through) you can put the veg back into the the cooker for another 10/15 minutes.

I hope you enjoy this simple recipe that will feed the whole family!Anonymoushttp://www.blogger.com/profile/08495682343446329100noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4187463215635237726.post-81769974555215231212015-02-05T07:26:00.004-08:002015-02-05T07:28:25.363-08:00Gluten Free Flapjacks

Just because you're allergic to wheat it doesn't mean you have to miss out on flapjacks! Gluten Free Oats are available from most 'Free From/Gluten Free' sections in stores.

For these flapjacks you will need:

150g Butter (margerine works fine)
5 tablespoons of Golden Syrup
75g Brown Sugar
250g Gluten Free Oats

Melt together in a pan the Butter, Syrup and Sugar then pour the oats in with the mix and mix through.
Grease a tray to cook it in then push the mixture into it.

If, like me, you love chocolate: melt 3 bars of chocolate (I used dairy milk) and mix a little into the mix then pour the rest over the flapjacks!

Cook on 180℃ for 25 minutes. The flapjacks should be a light brown.
Remove from the oven and leave to cool, they will harden as they cool.
