Gluten and Dairy free cake

Wheat, Egg and Milk Free chocolate cake

6oz of Sugar
6 1/2 tblsp of Sunflour Oil
1 1/2 tblsp of Vanilla Extract
1/2 a Banana
2 tblsp Chocolate powder/coco powder (I use Cadburys Hot Chocolate)
6oz Dove Gluten Free Flour
4tblsp Water

Start with mixing the sugar, oil and vanilla extract then mash with the banana. Then, add in the flour and water and mix until smooth. Finish off by adding a little water into the chocolate powder to make a paste, add this to your mix and bake for 35 minutes on 170℃ (fan oven) or 190℃ (gas/electric oven)

Finish off by topping with anything of your choice. I put a little jam on top of some of mine!
