Roasted Chicken and Vegetables

For this meal you will need:
Chicken pieces (breast, theighs, whatever you prefer)
Vegetables
Oil

Cut up the veg you're using (I used carrots, leek and peppers) and put those into a dish, pour oil over and add salt and pepper.
Remove any extra fat and cover the chicken in oil then rub salt into it. Put the chicken into the dish and roast on 190℃ (fan oven) for 45 minutes (or at least until the chicken is cooked all the way through) you can put the veg back into the the cooker for another 10/15 minutes.
